The conference will provide participants with the most current insights and strategies in advancing the practice of patient- and family-centered care. Among the featured sessions, CFHI will present the plenary: Meaningful Patient and Family Partnerships: Evidence and Leadership.  In addition, seven CFHI-supported teams, including five Patient Engagement Project (PEP) teams and one EXTRA team, and a collaboration with the North Shore Tribal Council will share key outcomes of their work during the three day event.

Participants representing hospitals, health systems, community-based programs, patient- and family-led organizations, physician practices, schools of medicine, nursing, allied health, and other health professions will be hearing from, and sharing with, some of today’s most inspirational change agents in patient and family engagement. Sessions will cover innovative patient- and family-centered strategies for delivering safe, quality care.
