About the Initiative
CFHI is supporting the spread of practices in healthcare delivery that show promise in addressing gaps in the quality of patient care. Our new Spreading Healthcare Innovations Initiative consists of three quality improvement collaboratives:
These collaboratives are designed to help teams from healthcare delivery organizations and ministries advance innovations that make care more patient- and family-centred, better coordinated and more efficient. Successful recipients will receive funding as well as coaching from CFHI faculty, who are experienced leaders in quality and performance improvement, and staff to help implement and evaluate the innovations.
