Following this, Pierre-Thomas Léger, Associate Professor of the Institute of Applied Economics at HEC Montréal, will discuss various physician payment models and their advantages and disadvantages. This will be the first public presentation of these papers, both of which were commissioned by CHSRF.

The presentations will be followed by a reflective panel to bring different perspectives (industry, clinical practice and government) and stimulate discussion.

This event is the second in a series of presentations on issues in healthcare financing, innovation and transformation CHSRF is organizing for interested stakeholders. Highlights will be shared by video and other means with a broader audience at a webinar following each event.
