On Call Innovation Conversation

Holding the gains and maintaining improvement

Held June 19, 2019

Initiating improvement is not for the faint of heart. Sustaining it then, is practically the stuff of heroes. Join us for the first webinar of an open series of webinars as part of the Momentum Challenge. The Momentum Challenge will support teams that have participated in CFHI’s INSPIRED COPD Scale Collaborative, Connected Medicine Collaborative and the New Brunswick Appropriate Use of Antipsychotics Collaborative to grow their gains and achieve long-term success, with awards to recognize measurable impact and reward success in moving the dial on key indicators and increasing the number of patients reached.

Regardless of participation in the Momentum Challenge, participants to this webinar may join us on June 19 for the live orientation webinar:

  • Be a part of a pan-Canadian conversation on strategies to achieving sustainability and maintaining improvements;
  • Hear from teams who’ve already signed up from CFHI’s INSPIRED Scale, Connected Medicine and New Brunswick Appropriate Use of Antipsychotics collaboratives;
  • Walk through the challenge details, such as the timeline of events, expected curriculum delivery, and upcoming awards available over the next 12-months;
  • Equip teams with the know-how to optimize their participation in the challenge;
  • Address questions and identify areas for support through open polls, discussion and Q&A
